Association tables
Associations, non-commercial organizations, and other convention events are welcome to host an info table at Ropecon to present their activities. Info tables are free of charge for associations and events that are related to Ropecon’s themes.
A standard reservation, located within the sales area, includes a table (200 x 70 cm), a divider, two chairs, and 300 W of electricity. Reservations are requested by May 30th via the form linked below. After that date, table space cannot be guaranteed due to logistical reasons.
If an organization wishes to present their activities more extensively—such as through a demonstration area or an interactive booth—instead of or in addition to a standard info table, they can express their interest through the same form. More unusual arrangements will be considered as long as they are practically feasible. You may also contact the stakeholder liaison Tero directly—contact details below.
Please note that any activity intended to be part of the official Ropecon program should be submitted through the program application process. If you’re unsure, don’t hesitate to reach out to the stakeholder liaison and we’ll figure out the best option together.
Entry to premises
An info table reservation includes a reasonable number of vendor passes. Vendor passes are personal and may only be used by representatives of the organization hosting the table.
A vendor pass:
- grants access to the sales area during setup, maintenance, and teardown times;
- grants entry to the event area; and
- grants access to public services at the event such as cloakroom and accommodation facilities.
Participation in games and other event programming requires a regular ticket. Tickets can be purchased in advance or at the event venue.
