Tickets

Tickets cost 10 euro/day and 20 euro for the whole event. Tickets are not available in advance, but all comers will fit in. You can gain free entry by signing up as workforce or organizing programs. It is possible for parents to briefly visit the grounds for free and no admission will be charged for babies.

The ticket includes admission to all programs and the right for a spot in the visitor's accommodation. Some programs may have additional costs due to materials.

We ask that visitors reserve exact change. Payment is by cash only. The closest ATM is at the nearby shopping centre.

Age and other limits

Gamers of all ages are welcome to Ropecon. Some programs, such as RPG's, may have an age limit due to it's content. This will be specially indicated in the program.

Pre-registration

Most speeches and workshops do not require pre-registration. You register for RPG's, larps and tournaments by writing your name in a list at the site. Some items, such as the costume contest or the art show, require pre-registration. Further information can be found in the descriptions of individual programs.
