Vendor Hall Registration
Registrations for the 2025 Vendor Hall will open on April 3. They will remain open as long as there is space left, but no later than May 30. We will start processing registrations in early May. All registrations received before that will be considered equally.

Stands
Unfurnished stand 48 €/m2
- Includes 50 W/m2 electricity.
- The minimum size of the stand is 15 m2.
- Placement by separate agreement.
Corner stand (3 tables) 480 €
- Includes three tables (200 x 70 cm), two chairs, and 600 W electricity.
- The size of the stand is 4 x 3 m.
- You can only reserve one corner stand, and it cannot be combined with other stands.
Corner stand (2 tables) 320 €
- Includes two tables (200 x 70 cm), two chairs, and 450 W electricity.
- The size of the stand is 3 x 3 m.
- You can only reserve one corner stand, and it cannot be combined with other stands.
Row stand 160 €
- Includes a table (200 x 70 cm), two chairs, and 300 W electricity.
- The size of the stand is 3 x 2 m.
- You can only reserve one row stand, and it cannot be combined with other stands.
- Only for vendors selling games, books, comics, and related products.
Separate calls
- Artisan stands for small vendors selling their own products.
- Artist Market for hobbyists and enthusiasts selling their own creations.
- Promotional stands for communities, associations, and events related to Ropecon.

Entry
The price of the stand includes a reasonable number of vendor tickets. A vendor ticket permits access to the venue, but it does not allow participating in games and program items. The ticket is also an access pass to the Vendor Hall during building, dismantling, and maintenance hours. Vendor tickets are personal. They can be exchanged into wristbands at any ticket sales counter.
You may order weekend tickets for 40 € each, when reserving your stand. Ordered tickets will be included on the same invoice as the stand. You may also buy tickets at the entrance, but they are a bit more expensive (45 €).
Furniture and equipment
The price of the stand does not include carpets or wall elements. You may use your own furniture in the stand. Additional tables (200 x 70 cm; 10 €), chairs (5 €), and poster screens (220 x 100 cm; 35 €) are available for rent.
The free public Wi-Fi is sufficient for most purposes.
Organizing a program at the stand is possible, but it must be agreed upon with the Vendor Hall coordinator in advance.
Lighting in the Vendor Hall is somewhat dim. We recommend bringing your own lights.
The total electricity usage of the stand must not surpass the upper limit even momentarily. If you need more power than what is included in the price, it must be agreed by June 30. The price of additional power is 5 € / 50 W.
Differences between Ropecon and other events
Some things in the Ropecon Vendor Hall are different from most other conventions in Finland:
- The exhibition center does not run out of space. We try to offer a stand to everyone who made a reservation in April.
- We sell our stand space by surface area. The number of tables does not affect the size of the stand.
