Ticket terms & conditions
Ticket Includes
The admission ticket includes entry to the event and participation in individual programs, as long as there are available spots. The ticket also entitles the holder to accommodation at the event venue (1–2 nights depending on the ticket type).
Tickets for the Academic Seminar are sold separately. The Fairy Godparent Ticket does not grant access to the Academic Seminar.
Some program items may have separate material fees. Please check our website for more information about fees and how to register for the programs.
Ticket Delivery
E-tickets are sent by email to the address provided by the purchaser. Bring your ticket to the event. At the event venue, you will receive a wristband in exchange for the ticket, which grants access for the duration of the ticket’s validity. The wristband must be worn for the entire duration of the ticket’s validity. Lost wristbands will not be replaced. If your wristband breaks, a new one can be obtained at the ticket sales desk or at the info desk during nighttime in exchange for the broken wristband.
The ticket purchaser does not have to be the same person as the ticket user.
Payment and Payment Methods
Tickets are paid for at the time of purchase via Paytrail. To buy tickets, you need Finnish online banking credentials, a credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), or MobilePay. Online banking is preferred, if possible.
Tickets can also be purchased at the event entrance. Accepted payment methods at the door are cash, payment cards and MobilePay. Cultural benefits, such as Epassi and Smartum, are not currently accepted.
Ticket Types
Entry is free for children under 7 and visitors aged 65 or older. Assistants or interpreters may enter for free when accompanying a customer.
Weekend Ticket grants entry to the event for the weekend.
Day Ticket grants entry for the specific day. A day ticket can be upgraded to a weekend ticket.
Child Ticket grants entry for children aged 7-12 when accompanied by an adult. According to established practice, 13-year-olds and older are considered independent and active participants and are thus required to have a full-priced ticket.
Family Ticket Package includes 2 adult tickets and 1-3 child tickets. These are weekend tickets. The same conditions apply to family package tickets as to individual adult and child tickets.
Fairy Godparent Ticket donates a weekend ticket to a person applying for one. Haltiakummi tickets are sold and can be applied for until June 30, 2025.
Early Dragon Tickets are available until June 30, 2025. After that, all tickets will be the same price whether purchased in advance or at the door.
Day tickets and regular-priced weekend tickets will be available for purchase on the Kompassi ticket shop starting July 3th, 2025, and at the door once the event begins.
Advance Ticket Pickup
Advance tickets can be collected from designated points before the event begins. If one person collects tickets for several others, they assume responsibility for those tickets. Lost tickets will not be replaced. If a wristband breaks, a new one can be obtained at the ticket sales desk or at the info desk during nighttime in exchange for the broken wristband. These conditions also apply to family ticket packages.
Exchange and Cancellation Policy
An admission ticket can be exchanged or canceled within 14 days of purchase. The right to exchange or cancel ends one week before the event begins. Refunds for timely cancellations or exchanges will be issued using the original payment method.
Cancellations must be made by email to: lipunmyynti(at)ropecon.fi.
The barcode on a canceled ticket will be deactivated, making the ticket unusable.
Cancellation after the allowed period is not possible.
Event Cancellation
If the event must be canceled, you can request a refund for your purchased ticket by contacting lipunmyynti(at)ropecon.fi.
