Artist Market guidelines
Every year, Ropecon’s sales hall features a wide selection of small business owners, artists, and craftspeople. This year, too, we’re offering a wide range of sales tables to vendors selling their art and crafts!
The Artist Market is aimed at hobbyists, artists and craftspeople engaged in very small-scale sales; for more established vendors and small business owners, we recommend an Artisan table.
Unlike previous years, applications for both Artisan and Artist Market stalls are submitted via a single form. Artist Market stalls are for one day only, and you can only reserve one stall at a time. If you’d like a longer sales period or a larger space, we recommend applying for an artisan table. An artisan table is for three days. Application period starts on 7.4. and ends on 30.4. Please do note that we may not be able to accommodate late applications.

We recommend applying with the vendor application if:
- You know you need a space larger than two tables.
- You are a retailer/importer, meaning you do not make your products yourself.
- You are another type of vendor who, due to your product selection or sales needs, does not fit into an artisan or artist stall.
We recommend applying for an artisan spot if:
- You want a spot that fits one or two tables
- You are a craftsman, artist, or similar small-scale operator
- You sell your own products or, for example, those of an art collective
- The scope of your selection and your inventory allow for sales throughout the entire weekend
- You consider yourself an established vendor whose products are a good fit for Ropecon in terms of quality and theme
We recommend applying for an artist stall if:
- You are a new or non-established vendor
- You are applying to sell for the first time or sell only occasionally
- You sell your own or handmade art or crafts
- You want a shorter sales period than the entire weekend (1 day)
Artisan table (€180 for one table or 360 for two table corner)
- Includes one row space (3x2m, one side facing customers) and two chairs.
- The table is available from Friday to Sunday.
Artist Market table for one day: 55€
- Includes a table (200 x 70 cm) and two chairs.
- The table is available for one day on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
The tables include the necessary number of vendor wristbands. The wristbands grant access to the event but do not entitle the holder to participate in the program. The wristbands also grant access to the sales area during setup, teardown, and maintenance times. Vendor wristbands are personal and will be delivered to the booth before the event begins.
The artisan booths include a reasonable amount of electrical power, and the exhibition center also offers free Wi-Fi. As a general rule, the artist market tables do not include electrical power.
